Refund policy

At SmartPick Store Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included items.
The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Proof of purchase or the original order details may be required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other reasons. These may include:

Opened or used cosmetics and personal-care products
Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Personalized or specially ordered items
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Return Shipping

For a return due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery charges.

If the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged when received, SmartPick may cover the applicable return delivery cost after verification.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or another agreed method. Delivery charges may be non-refundable, depending on the reason for the return.
